One of the jocks grabbed me by my collar and pinned me up against the wall while the others took turns beating the shit out of me. After about a dozen blows to the stomach I got thrown to the floor and kicked into the lockers.
I'm going to die, I'm going to be beaten to death in the school hallways
I didn't even try fight back there was no use, there is no way I could fight them. I pulled my knees up to my chest in a pathetic effort to protect myself and I kept my arms around my head. Suddenly the kicking stopped I heard people running.
I looked up and the jocks were gone.
"Are you okay? Please respond please... please"
I didn't recognise the voice, everything was blurry. I moaned and rolled over coughing up blood.
"Oh geeze kid. Lucky I saw you, they would of killed you"
I hate people calling me kid
I blinked a few times and rubbed my eyes as I pulled myself off the floor. The boy helped me up. I looked at him, I knew who it was. It was Gerard's brother from Starbucks last week. Mikey.
"Aw shit, I thought I recognised you. Hi Frank"
"Thanks for sav-" I slurred before everything went black.
He blacked out again, luckily I had my arm around his limp body. He was short but there is no way I could carry him. I stopped and sat against the wall and rested him next to me. I searched through my bag for a bottle of water and some aspirin. I also grabbed my phone and text Gerard.
Gerard is going to beat himself up about this, he will blame himself
He woke up again after ten minutes.
"Frank? Frank? Are you okay?"
"Yeah" He mumbled.
"Here take this" I handed him the aspirin and the water.
Gerard literally came running around the corner and sliding to a stop and skidding onto his knees in front of us scrambling closer to Frank.
he looked like a rabbit on steroids
Frank giggled and started biting at his nails. I couldn't help but laugh too.
Frankie was sitting on the floor next to Mikey.
"FRANK! Oh my god. Are you okay?"
"I'm fine now, thanks to Mikey"
"Mikey, I love you seriously. Frank, let's leave now"
I was still shaking and stuttering. I was so glad he was okay.
